Quiet camping 

A new quiet camping area is located next to the carpark field. This location is closer to nearby housing and it is essential that we do not have sound systems or noisy late night shenanigans in order to maintain good relationships with our neighbours.

Parking is separate to camping for safety; vehicles and tents go in separate fields. Campervans will be allocated a space in-between the parking and camping fields. 

For safety we ask that tents are not put up next to campervans. All tents should go in an area specifically for tents and not next to vehicles. Campers must ensure that they are pitching tents within the marked out areas, not in pathways or roadways. 

This quiet camping will have a family section and there will be compost toilets, water, hand-washing facilities and lighting. 

This campsite is 700m from the Box Office; perfect for easy pitching and peaceful sleeps. Festival music can still be heard until 3am so bring earplugs or get some from our box office to give yourself a more restful night. Camping locations will be allocated on a first-come, first-to-choose basis, there are not separate tickets for quiet camping.

As always, there will be on-site space for reasonably sized tents to pitch in the Hawthorn woods, as well as family camping and accessible camping in the front paddock, however there will be no camping on the grass between the pond and the main stage as we will now have food traders there. Family camping is prioritised for people with children.

Do I have to pay extra for camping?

If you have a “Full Festival Pass” then camping is included.

Is there a limit on tent size?

Please bring the smallest tent you can. Our campsite is not big. Please bring reasonably sized tents to accommodate a fair amount of people i.e. a bell tent for a family is fine but not for 1 person. No porches, gardens or lounges out front of tents please.

Can I bring a campervan?

Yes! We've designated space for live-in vehicles and campervans in the quiet camping field with added facilities for your comfort and safety. To reserve a campervan plot (approx 5m x 6m) please ensure each person staying has a full festival pass AND 1 x campervan pass per vehicle.
