Accessibility FAQ’s
Can I get a personal assistant ticket?
Yes, We offer a free +1 Personal Assistant ticket for those who need it, evidenced by one of the following:
- Copy of DLA or PIP letter with evidence of need
- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter with evidence of need
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- A letter from your Doctor dated within the last 6 months
Please use fill in our accessibility form here, to let us know your access needs (inc a PA ticket) and to upload supporting evidence.
Is there a walk between the festival site and the carpark?
Yes, our Car Park is 500m from the main festival site, with the access being along a footpath through ploughed fields, which is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility needs. There are some floodlights placed along the footpath but they do not cover every part of the path. It is advised to bring a torch for night-time. Please check out our accessibility pack for options to make this easier if you have mobility needs.
Is there a walk between the festival site and the campsite?
We have four camping options; an off-site campsite (700m from the box office), camping in the Hawthorn Woods, family camping and accessible camping (in the same field). If you have mobility needs we recommend camping in the Hawthorn Woods, or booking a spot in accessible camping. If you are a family with young children you are welcome to camp in family camping. Both family camping and the Hawthorn Woods are first come, first served. Our Access pack contains lots more specific information about these camping options.
Do you have accessible camping and how do I book?
Yes, we have a limited number of space for tents and vans in our accessible campsite, which is onsite. Please check out our accessibility pack for more info and use the accessibility services booking form to book a spot. If you would like to book in with a live-in-vehicle you will still need to book a ‘LIV pass’ ticket from our website. Booking is essential to reserve a space in accessible camping.
Can I drop my stuff off onsite/at the accessible camping?
If you are unable to carry your camping equipment from the car park to the festival site because of an access need, you can book to drop it off at the accessible campsite (if you chose to camp in the Hawthorn Woods, you will still have an approx 200m walk to your campsite). This is by pre-booking only, using our accessibility form, and you will not be able to drop off if you haven’t booked this in with us, please arrive promptly at the time you have booked in for, as we have to manage traffic at this gate.
Our accessibility pack is bursting with loads more useful information and detail about the festival, so if your question isn’t answered here, please do check in there!
