- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter with evidence of need
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- A letter from your Doctor dated within the last 6 months
Please use fill in our accessibility form here, to let us know your access needs and to upload supporting evidence.
Is there a walk between the festival site and the car park?
Our car park is 500m from the main festival site, along a dirt footpath through a cropped field. Please check out our accessibility pack if you have limited mobility.
Is there a walk between the festival site and the campsite?
We have four camping options; an off-site campsite (700m from the box office), then on-site there is camping under the Hawthorn trees, family camping and accessible camping on grass. If you have mobility needs we recommend camping in the Hawthorn Woods, or booking a spot in accessible camping as these options are closest. If you are a family with young children you are welcome to camp in family camping. Both family camping and the Hawthorn Woods are first come, first served. Our accessibility info pack contains lots more specific information about these camping options.
Do you have accessible camping and how do I book?
Yes, we have a limited number of space for tents and vans in our accessible campsite, which is on-site. Please check out our accessibility pack for more info and use the accessibility services booking form to book a spot. If you would like to book in with a live-in-vehicle (LIV) you will still need to buy a ‘LIV pass’ ticket from our website.
Booking is essential to reserve a space in accessible camping.
Can I drop my stuff off on-site/at the accessible camping?
If you are unable to carry your camping equipment from the car park to the festival site because of an access need, you can book to drop it off at the accessible campsite (if you chose to camp in the Hawthorn Woods, you will still have an approx 200m walk to your campsite). This is by pre-booking only, using our accessibility form. You will not be able to drop off if you haven’t booked this in with us, please arrive promptly at the time you have booked in for, as we have to manage traffic at this gate.
Our accessibility pack is bursting with loads more useful information and detail about the festival, so if your question isn’t answered here, please do check in there!
